44L Side cases
Adventure motorcycle side luggage system each with 44 Litre capacity. These top loading cases are equipped with a keyed locking lid to additional security. The case uses a heavy-duty keyed compression lock (keyed the same as the lid lock) to attach to side racks from SW Motech, Givi and Hepco Becker. The mounting system compression lock is designed to break-away the case from the rack in the event of an accident.To enhance vibration damping and improve longevity, the Lock Striker Plate is nylon coated. Each case is fitted with elasticated braided webbing straps to enhance content retention. Optional Accessories available include 600D nylon Kit Bag. Made in Italy from structural polypropylene, these tough cases are designed with an automatic purge valve that equalizes air pressure when riding through the mountains. A watertight silicone O-ring lid ensures ingress protection against sand and dust. Stainless steel hardware ensures resistance against corrosion.

FAQ
- We recommend the 44L Top Loader Side Cases for riders that expect to encounter a mix of paved and unpaved roads and need maximum storage capacity. These top-opening cases are lighter than the RTW cases 35L Top case – fit most of the major suppliers which have a thicker wall section. The side-opening RTW cases are made with a high mineral content structural polypropylene polymer designed for maximum impact resistance but are slightly heavier. If you anticipate unpaved roads with the possibility of minor falls then we recommend the heavier duty RTF The 44L cases are for those riders that prefer top-opening and value carrying capacity over crash protection.
- We recommend no more than 9 kg be carried in each side case. It is important that the weight is evenly distributed between the two sides of the motorcycle. We also recommend that the heaviest objects are packed at the bottom of the case. These two recommendations will help with the handling of your motorcycle.
- The cases will fit Givi Monokey and SW Motech EVO and PRO Side racks. Select which racks you have when checking out as the kits are very different.
- The cases will not fit Hepco Becker, BMW Adventure racks or Touratech racks
- If you need a case to hold your helmet we recommend the 34L Helmet Case 34L Helmet top case – fit most of the major suppliers
- Each kit comes with spare keys
- In the event of a crash that destroys your case, we will send you a pre-drilled case for you to fit your mounts. Contact us via email and send pictures of the damage. We will also include any broken hardware.
