Shipping/Warranty/Returns/Data Protection Policy
SHIPPING
We ship to all countries within the European Union and the United Kingdom. Orders are typically processed and shipped within three business days, unless otherwise specified or if we are attending industry events or rallies. We use Colissimo as our shipper. Customers will be notified via email or at the time of order if delays are expected.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment using the Colissimo tracking number provided.
- Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- To avoid shipping-related issues before a planned trip, we recommend placing your order at least two weeks in advance.
WARRANTY
We provide a LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY on all cases and hardware. In the event of a crash that destroys the case we will replace it with a new pre-drilled for you to attach your original hardware. At a minimum, we require photographic evidence of the damage. Replacement is at our discretion. The warranty for accessories and soft bags is for 2 years. The following are not covered: Normal wear and tear (scratches and discoloring). Theft or loss of case or keys. Theft from case. Theft or damage of case contents. Incorrect installation or improper use. If you are unsure about installation, we recommend consulting a qualified mechanic. The Break-Away Compression Latch is excluded from warranty coverage. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required. If you believe a part is defective, it must be returned for evaluation before a replacement is issued. Please contact Caribou Cases before returning items.
RETURNS
Customers may cancel and return their products within 14 days of purchase, provided they are:
- Never installed on a motorcycle
- In the original packaging.
- In a resale condition
A full refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return notification. If the product shows signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund.
The customer is responsible for returning the product. A tracked shipping service is required. Before returning a product, the customer must contact sales@cariboucaseseu.com for return authorization.
If there is an issue with your order, we will promptly address and resolve it (repair or replacement at our discretion). However, we do not offer any additional compensation or remedies, including those related to shipping delays caused by carriers.
Important Notes:
- Our products are designed to fit stock, unmodified motorcycles. If you experience compatibility issues due to aftermarket modifications or damage, we cannot accept responsibility.
- Please verify fitment before installation.
- Customers should allow at least two weeks before a planned trip to resolve any potential issues.
